Vegetarian gyoza are difficult to find in Japan. Most contain minced meat, so Senjo Handmade Gyoza is a rare find! It's a tiny restaurant with just 6 seats, and the owner is so friendly. She made the gyoza from scratch for us, with a selection of flavours of her recommendation. They're Taiwanese dumplings - larger than Japanese gyoza, and there's a large choice of meat and vegan/veggie options. I really enjoyed it!
